Visit Caran at the 2009 Fuel Cell Seminar!

Caran Precision will be exhibiting at booth #606 at the Fuel Cell Seminar in Palm Springs, CA on November 17 – 19, 2009. On display will be a variety of precision metal stampings, deep drawn components, and laser welded assemblies that cover the many industries to which Caran currently supplies.

Metal stamping, when applied to fuel cell applications, provides substantial cost advantages to ceramics and other conventional materials. In addition, metal is less fragile to work with than graphite or ceramics and is much more conducive to major production scale up.

Our sales engineers at our booth are diligent to listen to your requirements, review your drawings, and explain how to best suit your needs to our processes. We have stamping presses that range from 5 to 1,000 tons with laser welding and in-house heat treating available. Our secondary processes also include but are not limited to machining, coining, deburring, cleaning, treating, testing, engineering and numerous others. We have an area dedicated to tool and die building with. We have experience with common and exotic metals like stainless steel, aluminum, copper, inconel, zirconium, brass as well as many other metals.
